This Shipping Policy explains how orders are shipped, picked up, delivered, and handled after purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock, order size, payment status, and whether the item is in stock or special order.

Orders are not processed, shipped, released, or prepared for pickup until payment has been received and approved.

If we need additional information to complete your order, confirm fitment, arrange shipping, or review availability, we may contact you before processing the order.

Shipping Availability

Shipping options may vary depending on the product, destination, order size, weight, dimensions, and carrier availability.

Some items may not be eligible for standard parcel shipping due to size, weight, classification, or packaging requirements. Larger items may require freight shipping, customer pickup, local delivery, or special delivery arrangements.

We reserve the right to contact customers after checkout if additional shipping charges, freight arrangements, or delivery details are required.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order details, destination, product size, product weight, carrier rates, and required shipping method.

Some orders may require a custom shipping quote before they can be completed.

If the shipping cost shown at checkout is incorrect due to product size, weight, freight requirements, remote location, carrier restrictions, or system error, S & V Service Centers Ltd. o/a Eagle Towing Equipment reserves the right to contact the customer to adjust the shipping cost before processing the order.

Freight and Oversized Items

Certain products may require freight shipping or special handling.

Freight shipments may require a business address, loading dock, forklift, or other unloading equipment. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, tailgate service, limited-access locations, appointment delivery, remote areas, or failed delivery attempts.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper equipment and personnel available to receive and unload freight shipments.

Freight delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup may be available for eligible orders.

Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until your order has been confirmed as ready.

A valid order confirmation, invoice, or identification may be required at pickup.

Once an order has been picked up, the customer is responsible for inspecting the order and confirming that all items have been received.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for certain orders depending on location, product type, and scheduling availability.

Local delivery must be arranged and approved by Eagle Towing Equipment. Delivery fees may apply.

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary based on scheduling, weather, staffing, traffic, and product availability.

Special Order Shipping

Special order items may have longer lead times.

Lead times provided for special order items are estimates only and may change based on supplier or manufacturer availability.

Special order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once ordered from the supplier or manufacturer.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and delivery information.

Eagle Towing Equipment is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, additional charges, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped, redirected, corrected, or returned due to customer error.

Damaged Shipments

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery before signing for them, especially freight or oversized deliveries.

If an item arrives damaged, the customer should:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork before signing.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, labels, and delivery documents.
  3. Contact Eagle Towing Equipment as soon as possible.

Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a carrier claim.

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or you receive the wrong item, contact Eagle Towing Equipment as soon as possible with your order number and details.

We may request photos, packaging information, labels, or other documentation to review the issue.

Lost Shipments

Once an order has been released to a carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

If a shipment appears lost or delayed, contact us and we can assist with reviewing tracking information or starting a carrier claim where applicable.

Eagle Towing Equipment is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been picked up by the customer, released to the shipping carrier, delivered to the provided address, or otherwise transferred according to the selected shipping or pickup method.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select orders.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, import fees, or other costs required by their country, province, state, or region.

International delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, border delays, documentation requirements, and carrier availability.

Returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Eagle Towing Equipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Eagle Towing Equipment.
